Lessons are now at Riverside Golf Center!

Hello, I am Michel "Barney" Alary. I have been teaching golf and analyzing golf swings for over 30 years. I have coached some of the top juniors in the state, from students qualifying for the U.S. Amateur, to numerous of students receiving college scholarships. I have a wide array of knowledge, as my father was a PGA pro, and I started analyzing swings with him at an early age. I am able to help the beginners all the way to the pros. Currently, I am teaching at Riverside Golf Center

Riverside Golf Center is the perfect setting for my 45 minutes to 1 hour teaching lessons. We have a beautiful 18 hole course, along with an executive par 3 course that is ideal for practicing wedges to short irons.
I use a Flightscope Launch monitor to help quantify your swing and results. It is crucial to match up your feels to reality, and launch monitors are the only way to achieve that. For more information on what type of data this launch monitor can provide please click here.
I have a climate controlled hitting area to give you a lesson in the rain, cold, extreme heat, etc. You can get better year round!

I always ask the same questions to every new student.
What does the ball typically do when you hit it?
What do you want the ball to do when you hit it?
Where do you want to get better?

These are just some of the questions we have to answer, but for a more in-depth look at my approach to coaching click on "instruction" or click
